The Little Buildings guard house LB1010R2B-SSR is a 10 x 10 prefabricated portable steel guard house with a pre-assembled brick exterior and standing seam metal roof. This guard house is located at a private East Coast school and serves as a security booth next to the visitor’s parking lot.
Delivered fully factory-assembled, pre-wired, and pre-finished, this large-sized guard booth is ready for immediate use. Upon shipment from the Little Buildings’ factory, the portable security booth was loaded onto a flatbed truck and offloaded using a forklift. Optional data and phone jacks were included, along with additional counter tops.
Constructed with galvanized welded steel and insulated against harsh weather conditions, this guardhouse is built to last. The 100% welded steel construction and use of durable, low-maintenance materials ensure the longevity of the guard booth.
Architecturally designed with a two-tone paint and brick veneer, the Little Buildings prefab security booth complements the surrounding architecture. Customers can choose from a variety of brick, paint, and roof colors from our online color charts to customize their guard house to their liking.
